Through hiring out LVS Ascot’s wonderful facilities, we aim to demonstrate the care that has been put into the school to make it a great place to spend time, not only for its students but external users too.

Conference & Meeting Rooms
Our recently-modernised conference rooms offer a modern, professional atmosphere with high-speed internet and customizable layouts to accommodate various group sizes. Whether you need a small meeting space for brainstorming sessions, or a larger conference room for seminars and board meetings, we provide flexible options with full catering services and comfortable furnishings.
Indoor Sports Hall
The sports hall is a versatile space designed to accommodate various activities and events with top-quality flooring and adaptable arrangements to suit different event sizes, from training sessions to large-scale tournaments. Additional amenities include on-site changing rooms, convenient parking, and easy access to public transportation.
Accommodation
Our accommodation offers comfortable and convenient spaces available for hire, perfect for groups, workshops, or events. The on-site lodging includes well-maintained dormitories and private rooms, equipped with essential amenities such as Wi-Fi and shared bathrooms.
Th rooms are ideal for extended stays, with access to communal areas like lounges and kitchen facilities. Located within the school grounds, it provides easy access to the school’s facilities, including the sports hall, meeting rooms, and dining areas.
Classrooms
The classrooms offer a versatile and practical setting for various educational and professional purposes. Each classroom is well-equipped with modern amenities, including whiteboards, projectors, and Wi-Fi, providing an ideal environment for training sessions, workshops, or meetings.
They can be arranged to accommodate different group sizes and layouts and are located within a secure and accessible campus.
Theatre
Our theatre is perfect for performances, presentations, and events. It features a well-equipped stage with advanced lighting and sound systems, ensuring high-quality production capabilities. It offers comfortable tiered seating for audiences, providing clear sightlines from a variety of angles.
Backstage facilities include dressing rooms and storage areas, catering to the needs of performers and event organizers. Whether for a school play, community production, or corporate presentation, this theatre provides a dynamic and adaptable space.
Whole School
LVS Ascot is available for whole school hire, offering a versatile and unique setting for various events, depending on your needs. The school’s architecture blends classic charm with modern functionality, making it suitable for a variety of summer or holiday schools, events or clubs.
Swimming Pool
Our swimming pool offers a clean and well-maintained facility ideal for swimming lessons, training sessions, or recreational activities. The pool features adjustable lane markers and a modern filtration system, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for swimmers of all levels.
Surrounding the pool are spacious changing rooms, showers, and seating areas for spectators or resting between sessions. Whether for competitive training, school events, or private group bookings, this pool provides a versatile and professionally managed space.
All Weather Pitch
The all weather pitch provides a top-quality surface suitable for a variety of sports, including football, hockey, and rugby. Designed to withstand diverse weather conditions, the pitch ensures consistent play throughout the year.
The pitch is equipped with floodlights for evening games and training sessions, and surrounding it are well-maintained changing facilities and spectator areas. Whether for team practices, tournaments, or recreational use, this all-weather pitch offers a reliable and versatile space, with flexible booking options available.
Film Location
The Ascot campus is available for film location shooting, or location base use, during longer school holiday periods. In summer our schools are typically available from mid July to early September. Possible film locations include classrooms, theatre, swimming pool, pitches (football, rugby, cricket, hockey), gym, lake, bridge, boarding houses, beds etc.
