Special Educational Needs Support

At LVS we embrace Neurodiversity. We have on roll a number of students who have a range of different learning needs such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD, and those on the Autistic spectrum.

We have a team of well-qualified and experienced specialist teachers and support staff who work in both our Infant and Junior and our Senior school, and our Neurodiversity team are based across both sites ensuring that support is available throughout the school. This ensures that the transition between both schools is smooth and supported.

Our focus is on building trusting relationships with all our students and working with parents to ensure that support is tailored to each individual child. This applies whether the student is confident and aware of their learning needs or at the beginning of a journey to find out how they learn best.

Our aim is to ensure positive outcomes for all our students, whatever that may mean for them.
