LVS Ascot collaborates with The Poppy Factory for Armistice Day

Niamh, Acting Head of Art at LVS Ascot, reached out to The Poppy Factory who are based in Richmond. They kindly gifted our school enough materials for 5 wreaths and Niamh was able to make them with staff and students throughout the school for Armistice Day 2024. This included sixth former artists as well as some of the junior school children.

The students very much enjoyed this opportunity and we were able to lay these with respect by the flagpole near Reception.
