We offer the facility to have your child cared for at the beginning and/or end of the normal school day.
Extended day offers many of the advantages of the boarding school environment whilst still being able to travel home each evening.
Breakfast club runs from 7:45am. Our Reception class finish their school day at 3:30pm, whilst Years 1-6 finish at 4pm. We have multiple options for our end of day facilities so you may choose to collect your child at 4:15pm, 5:00pm, 5:30pm or 6:15pm (which includes supper).
Children who stay with us until 6:15pm will be taken to have supper with our boarding community in the dining hall.
The children have the opportunity to play in a less formal but fully supervised environment, as well as being given the chance to complete any homework they may have.
Extended day for the Senior school begins from 7:45am with breakfast club and then runs until our latest collection at 6:45pm. After school, pupils check in for extended day and loosely follow the following timetable:
Prep is supervised and homework diaries are checked. IT facilities and the Learning Resource Centre is also available. Pupils may go out onto the sports fields, read a book or play basketball (etc.) when prep is finished.
Ultimate Activity Camps are returning to run their holiday programmes at our school this Easter and Summer. They work with a lot of independent schools in the country and have a good reputation for holiday programmes.
Established by a well-experienced team, these camps offer children aged 4-14 years the chance to try over 40 different sports, games and creative activities.
Children will be encouraged to try new activities and make new friends by camp staff during their time at the camp.
See their website for full details of their activities and offers www.ultimateactivity.co.uk or call 0330 111 7077.
Please join us at one of our open mornings where you can meet members of our Senior Team, our School Principal and take a tour of the school.Book Now
